Enigma2 SifTeam Flash Version 0.1.0-900
This release is based on the same version of usb stick (0.1.0) but working on flash. In this first beta var space is very very little because we have used only jffs2 compression method,but we want to release for people that have problems to install it on usb stick. to allow users to modify some files (that with jffs2+squashfs are in read only) such as var/etc/init.d/rcS to start some scripts,like cam,hdparm etc etc. If you want to recover some var space delete picon dir and second skin "Vader". I think that someone make a little script to move var on usb in a simple way There is a display bug for ipbox900hd release (we will fix in the next release) To flash your stb use: rename firmware in usb_update.img and use usb stick with standard flash method . For ipbox9000 you can also use Flashtools and usb cable set bootargs in this way: setenv bootargs console=ttyAS1,115200 panic=3 root=/dev/mtdblock3 rootfstype=jffs2 rw bigphysarea=10240 ip=192.168.1.150:192.168.1.111:192.168.1.1:255.255 .255.0 mem=128m coprocessor_mem=4m@0x10000000,4m@0x10400000 192.168.1.150 is my lan ip (decoder) 192.168.1.111 is my serveripaddress (you can set standard value,it's not important) 192.168.1.1 is my gateway ip (my router) 255.255.255.0 this is netmask that's all Thanks to all Sifteam staff Цитата:

Back up your data of HDD At first, you have to back up recorded file or photo, mp3 data from STB before downloading this image if you need. This image is supported to something different file format or data format compare with previous software image. 2. Format HDD You should be format HDD after downloading completed this new image, otherwise, it will be possible to malfunction about PVR, timeshift, mp3,photo album and so on Known issues or to do list ; 1. Multiple files editing function in media list menu at this moment, it is not supported to copy file on root on USB memory, you have to make a folder at USB memory 2. Move prev/next track in music files 3. Channel list option as 2 row, simple list 4. Expand photo album format such as bmp, png 5. Blind scan function for sharp tuner 6. EPG permenent storing in HDD 7. Enabling Media list menu without HDD Note. 1. Prohibited to recording, and PIP function in Server box when Multiroom Service or Streaming Player is running. and The boxes should have same FTP user ID/Password with server box and client box when you use Multiroom service function 2. ext3 file system is slower than ext2 normally. Add USB memory use for as HDD using bigger capacity (2GB ~ 32GB) of memory stick but it needs to format USB memory stick as EXT2 by manually before using timeshit buffer or Storage Main Menu --> Go to PVR Setting --> Press Green button(USB memory use for HDD) --> Select the Type of USB memory stick Green button will appear on PVR setting menu after regconized USB memory stick and Internal/external PVR STB will be ignored this function. therefore, you can not find out green button in PVR setting menu. under 2GB memory stick is always apppeared "HDD is full" message in info banner, but you can use for YouTube function. 2. Improve navigation speed on Grid EPG menu 3. Fix bug and memory leak on Media list menu. 4. Fix memory leak on channel search menu 5. Fix bug as panic on unicable menu. 6. Fix local time bug, expecially, front panel time error of 3000HD 7. Fix bug DiSEqC and USALS 8. Fix panic with PIP function 9. Fix nonstandard EPG in Eutelsat W3A(7.0E)( Amir, thanks a lot ) 10. Well ...
