MTK TOOL
Original Mediateks tool for updating & repairing MT13x9 Firmware with serial interface. It can recover incorrectly flashed and dead looking DVD palayers back to life. You need also corresponding serial interface cable between computer and DVD player

Serial Interface
You need connect serial interface to inside of your player. This serial connector looks similar what the Red arrow is pointing in a picture bellow. Connector have 4 pins what are marked as V+,TX,RX,GND. You get more pictures of it by clickin this one =)

MTK Programs
 

MTK ReMaker 0.2
(Latest 0.23b6)

A program what is made for changing MTK Firmware parts as MPEG Backgrounds and Graphic images and Fonts.. There is also viewing capabilities for those..

ReMaker is capable to replace Remote controller and Front panel Button tables. So it will be possible to get some other players firmware to work with your players remote controller and front panel buttons..

It will also find VFD Display table from many firmwares.. Patching this table with right VFD Chr codes will bring blanc or corrupted display back to life..

MTK Dump 0.1 beta

"Small" command line tool for memory dumping from MT13x9 based DVD player. Currently it does mem dumps from RISC RAM, DRAM, IDATA, XDATA and so on. I have succesfully dumped at least full 8MB dram to binary file. Sources included for console app and my special Mediatek com functions..

MTK Subtitle Patcher
(1.0 beta 3)

As soon as Cherry NewAge published his marvelous discovery about subtitle colours. I started this project.. MTK Subtitle Patcher is little utility what allows changing subtitle colours.. Including font, outline and background colours.. More info about subject in Info - HB Subtitles.rtf document.

I'm sorry that i haven't done any new relese or improvement for features.

MTK Mpeg Tool (0.1 beta 1)

Program what will resize and cut images for converting these to MPEG backgrounds.

You may notice that this tool is not so handy as it should. Reason for this is external MPEG2 encoder what is used for now. Because I didn't have enough time to learn how to convert some encoder source to work with this program

Может быть и полезная програма. Но читать тем кто незнает иностранные языки трудно. При таких случаях без перевода програмки становятся неочень заинтересованными. Я лично просмотрел только скины но читать с переводчиком о сием чуде нестал. Тратить время в пустую немогу. Просьба: Если можно то выкладывайте ПО с рускоязычным описанием.
